Each Search Atlas plan includes a set number of Site Audit projects you can run at one time. These limits apply to the number of active projects in your account, not the number of pages crawled per audit.

The Pro plan includes up to 100 active Site Audit projects by default. This is not a bug or an error — it reflects the standard project allocation for your current plan.
If you were told you have unlimited Site Audits, this may have referred to unlimited page crawls within a single audit project, or it may have been a miscommunication during the sales process. The project count cap (how many separate websites or audits you can run simultaneously) is a separate limit from crawl depth.
Key distinction to keep in mind:
- Project limit: How many individual Site Audit projects you can create and run (e.g., 100 on Pro)
- Crawl limit: How many pages are crawled within a single audit project (varies by plan)
🚀 How to Add More Site Audit Projects
If you have reached your project limit and need to add more, you have two options:

- Delete inactive projects: If some of your existing Site Audit projects are no longer needed, you can delete them to free up slots within your current plan.
To delete an existing Site Audit project and free up a slot, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Search Atlas account.
- Navigate to Site Explorer in the left sidebar.
- Locate the Site Audit project you want to remove.
- Open the project settings and select Delete Project.
- Confirm the deletion. The slot will become available immediately.
