- Once the site is connected, OTTO SEO V3 will begin crawling your site and generating suggestions for each page. This process runs in the background and can take several minutes depending on the size of your site.
- Wait for suggestion generation to complete. You will see a progress indicator showing how many suggestions have been created. Do not click Deploy All until this process is finished.
- When all suggestions are ready, click Deploy All to apply every generated suggestion to your site at once.
⚠️ Why Only Some Suggestions Deployed
If you clicked Deploy All before suggestion generation was complete, the system deployed only the suggestions that existed at that moment. The remaining suggestions were still being generated in the background and were not yet available to deploy.
This is the most common cause of partial deployments. It is not a bug — it is a timing issue in the workflow.

If you have already deployed a partial set of suggestions, follow these steps to deploy the rest:
- Go to Left sidebar → OTTO SEO → SEO Automation.
- Select your domain from the dashboard.
- Wait until the suggestion generation progress indicator shows that all suggestions are complete.
- Review the remaining undeployed suggestions to confirm they look correct.
- Click Deploy All again — this will apply only the suggestions that have not yet been deployed, so previously deployed items will not be duplicated or overwritten.

- Always wait for full generation before deploying. Check that the progress indicator shows 100% or a completed status before clicking Deploy All.

- Deploy in stages if preferred. Instead of using Deploy All, you can select specific suggestion categories or individual pages and deploy them separately for greater control.
- Check your deployment log. After deploying, review the log inside OTTO SEO V3 to confirm how many suggestions were successfully applied and identify any that may need manual attention.
