💰 70% Reseller Billing Model
When you resell Search Atlas to your clients, a monthly "Whitelabel Subscription Increase" is added to your agency invoice for each active, non-trial child account. This fee is 70% (by default) of Search Atlas's standard monthly base-plan price for that child's plan — not a percentage of the price you charge your client.
- You decide the monthly price your client pays (your resale price).
- Search Atlas charges you 70% of the standard base-plan price for that child's plan.
- You keep the difference between your resale price and the Search Atlas fee as your margin.
Example: If Search Atlas's standard base-plan price for the child's plan is $500/mo, you are billed $350 (70%) for that child. If you sell that seat to your client for $600/mo, you keep $250 margin.

Your white label portal gives you complete control over client accounts:
- Child-account separation – each client gets an isolated workspace with their own data, users, and quotas.
- Custom branding – upload your logo, set brand colors, and use a custom domain (e.g., seo.youragency.com).
- Consumption auditing – monitor each client's API usage, report generation, and feature consumption in real time.
- Role-based access – assign Admin, Editor, or Viewer roles per client workspace.
- Automated billing – the 70% per-child fee (based on Search Atlas's standard base-plan price for each child's plan) appears on your monthly agency invoice; no separate invoicing needed.

New Pro and Agency subscribers can activate a 7-day trial of the white label portal. During the trial you can create test client accounts, customize branding, and verify the billing flow before any charges apply.
