OTTO's AI generation feature helps you automatically create optimized content for key SEO fields on your site. However, AI generation does not apply to every field in OTTO. This article outlines a confirmed limitation so you know exactly what to expect.
Fields That Do Not Support AI Generation
The following field is not supported for AI generation in OTTO:
- Twitter Cards — OTTO does not generate AI content for Twitter Card fields (such as titles, descriptions, or images).
If you navigate to the Twitter Card section withinOTTO and find that AI generation is unavailable, this is expected behavior — not a bug, a quota issue, or a configuration error.
Why Are Twitter Cards Excluded?
OTTO's AI generation is purpose-built for SEO performance. Twitter Cards control how your content appears when shared on social platforms, which requires a different editorial approach. As a result, Twitter Card fields are managed manually within OTTO rather than through AI generation.
How to Manage Twitter Card Fields in OTTO
Even though AI generation is not available for Twitter Cards, you can still edit these fields manually within OTTO. Navigate to the relevant page or post in OTTO and locate the Twitter Card fields, then enter your preferred values and save your changes.
