Overview
The Press Release feature in OTTO has its own dedicated section inside the OTTO dashboard. If you are having trouble locating it, or if you have questions about how the Press Release Knowledge Graph percentage relates to your client's main Knowledge Graph score, this article will help you get started and escalate effectively if needed.
Finding the Press Release Feature in OTTO
The Press Release section is located in the left sidebar under Authority (Press Releases). To find it, log in to your Search Atlas account and navigate to Left sidebar → Authority (Press Releases).
If you are unable to locate the Press Release section after loading your client workspace, it is possible the feature may not be enabled for your account or that it requires additional setup. In that case, please reach out to our support team so they can confirm whether the feature is available for your plan and guide you to the correct location.
Understanding Press Release Knowledge Graph Completion
You may notice that the Knowledge Graph completion percentage shown in the Press Release section differs from your client's main Knowledge Graph score. This is expected behavior — the two scores track different sets of data and will not always match. Having a high main Knowledge Graph score does not automatically mean your Press Release Knowledge Graph score will be equally high.
If you are unsure why your Press Release Knowledge Graph score shows a particular value, or if you need help understanding which information still needs to be provided, contact our support team and share the following details so they can assist you efficiently:
