📌 Overview
Authority Building lets you order high-quality backlinks, including Cloud Stacks, for your website. Once an order is placed, it is saved in your account, so you can look it up later. This is useful when you need to build a report for yourself, your team, or a client.
This article explains where to find your past Authority Builder links, what details you can see, and how to get them into a report.
🧭 Where to Find Your Past Links
Your Authority Builder links are stored with the orders you placed. Follow these steps to find them:
- Log in to your Search Atlas account.
- You do not need to pick a project first. Orders and Cloud Stacks are listed for the whole account. On the Cloud Stacks page you can optionally narrow the list with the All AI projects or All GBP projects filter.
- Open Authority Building from the main navigation menu.
- Where you look depends on your layout. By default, open Cloud Stacks. Each row shows the target page, target keywords, a Cloud stack status (Draft, Generated, Publishing, Published, Stuck, or Failed), and the date it was created. If you have switched on the new design, open Orders instead, stay on the Cloud Stacks tab, and use the status filters (Generating, Needs you, Publishing, Live, Declined). Those rows show a status and an Ordered, Publishing, Live progress track, not an order date.
- On the Cloud Stacks page, use View sites on a published or publishing stack to open Cloud Stack Status. On the Orders page, open a live Cloud Stack order. Either view lists each cloud site with its indexation status, published date, and published URL.
If you manage several websites, repeat these steps for each project to see all of your past links.
📋 What You Can See for Each Order
Depending on the order, you can typically find the following details:
- Created date: when the Cloud Stack was created, shown on each row of the Cloud Stacks list. Each published site also has its own published date.
- Order status: on the Cloud Stacks page a stack is Draft, Generated, Publishing, Published, Stuck, or Failed. On the Orders page a Cloud Stack order is Generating, Needs you, Publishing, Live, or Declined.
- Target URL: the page on your site the link points to.
- Target keywords: the keywords the Cloud Stack was built for, shown on the order row and in the stack details.
- Published URL: the address of each cloud site where your content was published. Live sites show a link. Sites that are not published yet do not.
Links appear once they have been published. If an order is still in progress, some links may not be available yet.
📊 How to Use the Links in a Report
To put your Authority Builder links in a report, you can:
- Open each completed order and copy the live link URLs, along with the target URL and anchor text.
- Paste them into a spreadsheet or document, with one row per link.
- Add the order date so your report shows when each link was built.
- Group links by project or by month to make the report easier to read.
If you see a download or export option on the order page, you can use it to save the list instead of copying it by hand.
💡 Tips for Finding Links Faster
- Check the project first. The most common reason links seem missing is that you are viewing a different project.
- Check the date range or filters. If your order list has filters, make sure none are hiding older orders.
- Check the order status. Orders that are still in progress may not have live links yet.
- Check the account you are logged in to. If your team has more than one account, the orders may sit under a different login.
- Keep a running record. Save your links to a spreadsheet after each order so future reports are quick to build.
🛠️ Troubleshooting
I can't see any past orders. Switch to other projects in your account and confirm you are logged in with the account that placed the order.
An order is listed but has no links. The order may still be processing. Check its status and look again after it is marked complete.
A link in my report no longer works. Published pages can occasionally change or be removed over time. Note the link and order date and share them with our team so we can look into it.
