📄 Can I Export the AI Visibility Summary to PDF?
No. The Summary view in AI Visibility doesn't have a PDF, image or CSV export.
Two places in AI Visibility do have an Export CSV button:
- Topics & Queries: exports your topics and queries.
- Competitor Comparison table: exports the comparison data.
To get there, click AI Visibility in the left sidebar and open your project.
📊 Share AI Visibility Results as a Report
To share AI Visibility results in a report, use Report Builder. Report Builder has AI Visibility (LLM Visibility) sections, such as your visibility compared with competitors.
- Open Report Builder.
- Create a new report or open an existing one.
- Add the AI Visibility (LLM Visibility) section to the report.
📅 Email the Report Every Month
Report Builder can email a report on a schedule, including once a month on a day you choose. Set up an email schedule on the report and add the recipients. Each scheduled email includes the AI Visibility sections you added.
