What to Know About AI Visibility Report Exports
The AI Visibility module includes a Summary page, but customers sometimes need more than a snapshot of that view. Full project report exports — covering data beyond the Summary — may require using a different part of the platform or contacting our team for guidance specific to your account.
Because export options can vary depending on your plan and how your project is configured, we recommend reaching out to our support team before spending time on an approach that may not apply to your account. When you do, please have the following ready:
- Your project name
- A description of what data you need to export (e.g., specific sections, date ranges, or the full project)
- Any error messages or limitations you have already encountered
General Tips While You Wait
If you want to capture what is currently visible on screen as a quick, informal snapshot, you can use your browser's built-in print function:
- Navigate to the AI Visibility page or section you want to capture.
- Open your browser's print dialog — press Ctrl + P on Windows or Cmd + P on Mac.
- Set the destination to Save as PDF and save the file.
This captures only what is visible on screen and is not a substitute for a full project report export, but it can be useful for sharing a quick snapshot while our team helps you with the full export.
