The AI Visibility (formerly LLM Visibility) report shows a loading error on Visibility Trend, Platform Insight, Average Sentiment Score, and Sentiment Comparison by Platform charts when the "Last 1 year" date range is selected on high-volume accounts. Switching to a shorter date range loads the charts successfully.

🔍 What's Happening

Selecting "Last 1 year" in the AI Visibility (formerly LLM Visibility) report triggers the error "Something unexpected happened while loading your data" on these charts:

  • Summary tab: Visibility Trend and Platform Insight
  • Sentiment tab: Average Sentiment Score and Sentiment Comparison by Platform

This only affects accounts with high data volumes. Shorter date ranges — such as "Last 90 days" or "Last 30 days" — load successfully for all affected accounts.

🛠️ Workaround Steps

Follow these steps to load your AI Visibility (formerly LLM Visibility) charts while the fix is in progress:

  1. Go to Site Explorer → AI Visibility (formerly LLM Visibility).
  2. Open the affected chart: Visibility Trend, Platform Insight, Average Sentiment Score, or Sentiment Comparison by Platform.
  3. Click the date range selector and choose Last 90 days (or any range shorter than one year).
  4. The chart loads successfully.
