The AI Visibility (formerly LLM Visibility) report shows a loading error on Visibility Trend, Platform Insight, Average Sentiment Score, and Sentiment Comparison by Platform charts when the "Last 1 year" date range is selected on high-volume accounts. Switching to a shorter date range loads the charts successfully.

## 🔍 What's Happening

Selecting "Last 1 year" in the AI Visibility (formerly LLM Visibility) report triggers the error "Something unexpected happened while loading your data" on these charts:

- **Summary tab:** Visibility Trend and Platform Insight
- **Sentiment tab:** Average Sentiment Score and Sentiment Comparison by Platform

This only affects accounts with high data volumes. Shorter date ranges — such as "Last 90 days" or "Last 30 days" — load successfully for all affected accounts.

## 🛠️ Workaround Steps

Follow these steps to load your AI Visibility (formerly LLM Visibility) charts while the fix is in progress:

1. Go to **Site Explorer → AI Visibility (formerly LLM Visibility)**.
2. Open the affected chart: Visibility Trend, Platform Insight, Average Sentiment Score, or Sentiment Comparison by Platform.
3. Click the date range selector and choose **Last 90 days** (or any range shorter than one year).
4. The chart loads successfully.
