Overview
When you export a report from the AI Visibility section, the downloaded file currently does not include the individual queries tracked within your report. This article explains the current export behaviour, what you can do in the meantime, and how to reach our team if you need further help.
What the Current Export Includes
At this time, the AI Visibility export does not include query-level data. Individual queries are not included in the exported file. This is a known limitation that our team is aware of and working to address.
What You Can Do Now
Because query-level CSV export is not yet available, here is what we recommend in the meantime:
- Open your AI Visibility report inside the platform and review your queries directly on screen.
- If you need the data in a document, manually copy the query information from the platform and paste it into a spreadsheet or text file.
- If you have an urgent need for query-level data from a specific project, contact our support team with your project name and a description of what you need — our team can look into options for you.
Feature Status
Including individual queries in the AI Visibility CSV export is a known feature gap. Our team is aware of the request. We will update this article as the functionality becomes available.
