The AI Visibility report helps you track how your brand appears across AI-powered platforms. When exporting this report, customers sometimes notice that query-level data is not included in the export file — only topic-level data appears. This article explains the current export behaviour and what you can do if you need query-level details.
🔍 What the Export Currently Includes
When you export the AI Visibility report, the downloaded file contains topic-level data only. This means:
- Each row in the export represents a topic, not an individual query.
- The specific queries tracked under each topic are not included in the export at this time.
- Metrics are scoped to the topic level in the export.
This is a known limitation of the current export feature. Query-level data — such as individual queries and their associated metrics — is not yet available in the exported file.
📁 How to Access Query Data
While query-level data is not yet available in the export, you can view query details directly within the AI Visibility dashboard by navigating to the relevant topic and expanding the query view inside the platform. If the data you need is not visible there, please reach out to our support team for further guidance.
⚠️ Known Limitation to Be Aware Of
The current export does not include query-level data. If your workflow requires query-level metrics, the best path forward is to contact our support team, who can confirm what data is currently accessible and advise on next steps.
