What Is AI Visibility in Search Atlas?
AI Visibility (also called LLM Visibility) tracks how your brand appears in responses generated by large language models such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity, and similar AI-powered search tools. The tool measures how frequently and accurately these AI engines reference your brand when users ask relevant questions.
Important: AI Visibility is not a social media monitoring tool. It does not track mentions, posts, comments, or engagement on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, or similar social networks. How to Access AI Visibility Reports
- Log in to your Search Atlas account.
- In the left sidebar, click AI Visibility.
- You will land on the AI Visibility dashboard.
- Select your project or brand from the available options.
- Follow the on-screen options to view or generate your visibility report.
Your report will display visibility scores, prompt categories, and the specific AI engines that referenced your brand.
What Sources and Platforms Does AI Visibility Cover?
AI Visibility reports focus exclusively on AI-generated search and answer engines. Covered platforms typically include:
- ChatGPT (OpenAI)
- Google Gemini
- Perplexity AI
- Microsoft Copilot
- Other emerging LLM-based answer engines as they are added to the platform
The report shows you which of these engines mention your brand, in what context, and how your visibility compares to competitors across those sources.
Not included: Social media platforms, news aggregators, review sites, or traditional organic search results are outside the scope of AI Visibility reports.

Navigate to Local (GBP Projects) in the left sidebar to access Google Business Profile management features, including tools for posts, reviews, and local listings. For social media management, go to Social in the left sidebar.
