Log in and navigate to the AI Visibility section of the platform to see the full list of LLMs actively monitored for your domain. The feature is continuously updated as new models become reliably trackable.
📋 What to Have Ready When Escalating
Because Claude's absence from AI Visibility requires backend investigation, please have the following information ready when you contact support:
- Your project name and the domain you are tracking.
- The date and approximate time you first noticed Claude missing from results.
- A screenshot of your AI Visibility dashboard showing the missing data.
- Confirmation of whether other LLMs are displaying correctly or are also affected.
