- **No action is needed on your end** while our team investigates.
- **This affects Claude specifically.** Other LLMs tracked in AI Visibility should continue to display normally.

AI Visibility tracks brand mentions and responses across the major supported language models. Log in and navigate to the **AI Visibility** section of the platform to see the full list of LLMs actively monitored for your domain. The feature is continuously updated as new models become reliably trackable.

## **📋 What to Have Ready When Escalating**

Because Claude's absence from AI Visibility requires backend investigation, please have the following information ready when you contact support:

- Your **project name** and the **domain** you are tracking.
- The **date and approximate time** you first noticed Claude missing from results.
- A **screenshot** of your AI Visibility dashboard showing the missing data.
- Confirmation of whether other LLMs are displaying correctly or are also affected.
