🔍 Understanding Your Plan Limits
Every Search Atlas plan includes a set number of AI Visibility projects and OTTO SEO sites. These limits are defined by your current subscription tier. When you reach your limit, you will not be able to create new projects or activate additional sites until you either upgrade your plan or purchase a top-up.
- AI Visibility projects — used to monitor and improve how your brand appears in AI-generated search responses (LLMs, AI overviews, etc.).
- OTTO SEO sites — used to automate on-site SEO optimizations across your connected domains.
📋 How to Check Your Current Usage
- Log in to your Search Atlas account.
- Navigate to OTTO SEO → All Sites (SEO Automation) via the left sidebar.
- Review the number of active sites displayed on the dashboard to see how many slots are in use versus available.
- For AI Visibility projects, open the AI Visibility section and check how many projects are active against your plan allowance.
🚀 How to Add More AI Visibility Projects or OTTO SEO Sites
If you have reached the limit on either AI Visibility projects or OTTO SEO sites, you have two general options:
- Upgrade your plan — Moving to a higher-tier subscription increases the number of AI Visibility projects and OTTO SEO site slots included by default.
- Purchase a top-up — Depending on your plan, you may be able to purchase additional slots without changing your base subscription.

- Audit active projects regularly. Remove or archive projects for domains you are no longer optimizing to free up slots for new work.
