OTTO uses a tiered pricing model designed to reward agencies as they manage more client sites. Understanding how discounts apply when you cross a tier threshold helps you plan your budget accurately and avoid surprises on your next invoice.

🏗️ How OTTO Pricing Tiers Work

OTTO pricing is structured around the total number of active sites connected to your account. As your site count grows, you move into progressively lower per-site price brackets. Each tier has a defined site range and a corresponding discounted per-site rate.

Tiers are evaluated based on your total active OTTO site count at the time of billing. Adding or removing sites between billing cycles will be reflected in your next invoice.

🎯 How Discounts Apply Across Site-Count Brackets

OTTO agency pricing uses per-site pricing brackets: each bracket of your total connected site count has its own per-site rate, and the rate typically decreases as your site count grows. This is a marginal (bracket) pricing model — each site is billed at the rate for the bracket it falls into, not a single flat rate applied retroactively to your whole account.

For example, your first site may be billed at one rate, your next few sites at a lower per-site rate, and additional sites beyond that at progressively lower per-site rates as you scale. The exact bracket boundaries and rates for your account are shown in your billing settings — always confirm the current numbers there rather than assuming a fixed schedule, since pricing structures can be updated.

📊 How Your Monthly Cost Is Calculated

Because each bracket has its own per-site rate, your monthly OTTO cost is the sum of what each of your connected sites costs at the rate for its bracket — not a single rate multiplied by your total site count. As your total site count grows and you cross into a new bracket, only the sites in that bracket bill at the new (typically lower) rate; sites already billing at an earlier bracket's rate are not automatically re-priced. Check your billing settings for the exact bracket breakdown and per-site rate that applies to your account.

⬆️ What Triggers a Bracket Change

Your billing is reassessed automatically when you add or remove OTTO sites. The following actions can move your account into a higher or lower tier:

• Connecting a new client site to OTTO from the SEO Automation dashboard (Left sidebar → OTTO SEO → All Sites (SEO Automation))
• Removing or disconnecting an existing OTTO site, which may move you back into a lower tier
• Account-level changes made by your Search Atlas account manager during onboarding or plan upgrades

Rate changes take effect at the next billing cycle. You will not be charged mid-cycle retroactively if you add sites partway through a billing period — the updated rate applies starting on your next invoice date.

📉 What Happens If You Remove Sites

If removing sites drops your total count below a bracket threshold, your remaining sites are billed according to the bracket(s) they now fall into on your next invoice. Check your billing settings after any change to confirm the resulting per-site rates.
