💳 Check your AI Gateway credit allowance
Your AI Gateway allowance is available in the platform’s AI Gateway usage or credits area. This view shows your current usage, remaining credits, and the time until the five-hour allowance refreshes.
If the allowance or refresh time is not visible, refresh the page and confirm that you are viewing the correct workspace. Credit availability may also update shortly after a submission starts or finishes processing.
📤 Understand Data Aggregator Submissions
Data Aggregator Submissions use AI Gateway credits while they are processed. The amount used can depend on the submission and the AI operations required to complete it.
A submission marked as Processing is still running. Its credit usage may not be final until processing finishes.
↩️ Revert or stop a submission
Open the Data Aggregator Submissions list and select the submission that is still processing. If a Cancel or Revert action is available, use it and confirm the action.
If no cancel or revert action is shown, the submission cannot be withdrawn from the interface while it is processing. Wait for the submission to finish, then review the completed result and remove or correct any applicable data using the available controls.
Stopping a submission does not necessarily restore credits already consumed. The platform applies credit usage based on processing completed before the submission was stopped.
⏱️ If your credits appear incorrect
- Refresh the AI Gateway usage or credits view.
- Check whether the submission is still processing.
- Wait briefly for usage to synchronize after completion or cancellation.
- Review the submission status and the workspace you are using.
If the allowance remains unavailable or the credit total does not update after processing has finished, open the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the platform and type human teammate to be connected with a member of our team.
