Your Search Atlas free trial gives you 7 days to explore the platform before committing to a paid plan. This article explains how trial extensions work, how to upgrade your plan mid-trial, and how to access whitelabel features before you pay.
⏳ Can I Extend My Trial?
In most cases, trial extensions are handled on a case-by-case basis by our support team. If you need more time to evaluate a specific feature — such as whitelabel — before purchasing, here is what you should know:
- Standard trials last 7 days. This applies to all new accounts.
- Extensions may be granted at the discretion of our team based on your request and account status.
- Re-taking a trial is possible in some situations. If it has been at least 60 days since your previous trial, you may be eligible to start a new one.
To request a trial extension, open the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the platform and type human teammate to be connected with a member of our team.
🚀 Can I Upgrade to PRO During My Trial?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time during your active trial. Here is how the upgrade works:
- Click your avatar in the top-right corner, select Billing, and open the Plans & Top-ups tab (Billing).
- Choose the plan you want to upgrade to (for example, PRO).
- Review the plan details and confirm your selection.
Important: When you upgrade during a trial, your charge is deferred to the end of your 7-day free trial period — you will not be billed immediately. This means you can upgrade to PRO, explore all features including whitelabel, and only pay once your trial concludes.
🏷️ Can I Try Whitelabel Before I Pay?
Yes. Whitelabel features are available on eligible paid plans, and because plan upgrade charges are deferred to the end of your trial, you can:
- Upgrade to a plan that includes whitelabel during your trial period.
- Use and evaluate whitelabel features for the remainder of your 7-day trial.
- Cancel before the trial ends if the feature does not meet your needs — you will not be charged.
This gives you a genuine opportunity to test whitelabel in a real workflow before any payment is taken.
🎁 What Is the Extra Free Month Offer?
Some accounts may be eligible for an additional 30 days added to their account through a promotional offer. If you have seen a Claim My Extra Free Month option or received a related promotion, contact our team to confirm your eligibility and have it applied to your account.

📋 Trial Eligibility Rules to Know
To keep things fair for all users, the following rules apply to trials and upgrades:
- Each account is eligible for one free trial per plan type.
- If you have previously completed a trial, you may retake it after 60 days have passed.
- Trial extensions and promotions are subject to account status and are not guaranteed.
- Upgrading your plan during a trial does not reset the 7-day trial clock — it continues from when your trial started.
