🗂️ How Many OTTO Projects Can I Have?
The number of active OTTO projects on your account depends on your current subscription plan. Each plan tier includes a set quota of active OTTO projects. If you try to add a project beyond your plan's limit, you will see a prompt indicating you have reached your quota.
To check how many OTTO projects your plan includes, go to your account's Billing or Plan settings and review the feature limits listed for your current tier.
⬆️ Options to Add More OTTO Projects
If you need more active OTTO projects than your current plan allows, you have the following options:
- Upgrade your plan: Moving to a higher-tier plan increases your OTTO project quota. Visit the Billing section of your account to compare plans and upgrade.
- Purchase an OTTO add-on: Some plans allow you to add extra OTTO seats without a full plan upgrade. Check the Billing page to see if this option is available for your account.
- Remove an existing project: If a previous OTTO project is no longer needed, you can delete it to free up your slot and create a new one. Note that deleting a project removes all associated configurations.

If you are unsure of the exact OTTO project limit for your specific plan tier, the most reliable way to confirm is to open your Billing or Subscription settings in Search Atlas, where your plan's included features and limits are displayed. If the quota shown does not match what you expected after an upgrade or add-on purchase, note the plan name and the quota displayed and contact our support team for clarification.
