Content Genius lets you generate AI-written articles directly inside Search Atlas. However, the number of articles you can generate each billing period depends on your subscription plan. If you recently renewed or signed up and are seeing a quota exhaustion message, this article will help you understand your options.
⚠️ Why You May Be Seeing a Quota Exhaustion Message
A quota exhaustion message typically appears for one of two reasons:
- Your current plan does not include AI content generation. Some plans do not include an AI article generation quota. Renewing a plan that does not include this feature will not add article credits.
- You have used your full quota for the current billing period. If your plan includes AI content generation, your quota resets each billing cycle. If you are unsure of your exact quota allowance or reset date, please contact our support team to confirm the details for your specific plan.
🔍 How to Check Your Current Plan and Quota
To confirm which plan you are on and review your remaining quota, log in to your Search Atlas account and navigate to your account or billing settings. If you are uncertain which section shows your AI content generation quota, our support team can point you to the correct location for your account.
✍️ How to Resolve a Quota Exhaustion Issue
Depending on the cause of your quota exhaustion message:
- If your plan does not include AI content generation: You will need to upgrade to a plan that includes this feature. Review the available plan options inside your Search Atlas account settings to find one that includes an AI content generation quota.
- If you have used up your quota for the current billing cycle: Your credits will reset at the start of your next billing period. If you need additional credits sooner, contact our support team to discuss your options, including whether a plan upgrade may be appropriate.
