Site Explorer → Paid Keywords shows paid keyword data for the selected domain and report criteria. A zero result alone does not establish why data is unavailable.
🛠️ Troubleshoot zero results
- In Site Explorer, confirm the domain and review the report’s selected date, location, device, and any keyword filters.
- Broaden the location and remove restrictive filters, then check whether results appear.
- Check the advertiser’s relevant domain and landing-page domain if they differ from the domain in the report.
- If results still show zero, share the domain and the report criteria you selected when contacting support so the team can investigate.
