📚 Open your saved keyword lists
Saved keyword lists are managed from the Keyword Research area. Sign in to Search Atlas, open Keyword Research, and look for the Keyword Lists tab or saved-lists view near the main research workspace.
- Open Keyword Research from the platform navigation.
- Select Keyword Lists, if it is shown.
- Choose the saved list you want to view.
If you do not see a Keyword Lists tab, check the Keyword Research page for a saved-list menu, list icon, or option labeled Saved. The exact placement can vary by workspace layout and platform updates.
📄 View a saved list
Open a list to review its keywords and available metrics. Depending on the research type, your list may include search volume, keyword difficulty, intent, competition, or related keyword data.
Use the list name or search field to find a specific saved list. If you have multiple projects or workspaces, confirm that you are viewing the same project where the list was created.
⬇️ Export a keyword list
- Open the saved list.
- Review or select the keywords you want to include.
- Click the Export or download button.
- Choose the available file format and save the file to your device.
If export options are not visible, widen your browser window, check the list actions menu, or select the keywords first. Export availability may differ based on the list type and your account permissions.
🤖 Use AI prompt research
AI prompt research helps you explore topics and keyword ideas by describing what you want to investigate in natural language.
- Open the AI prompt research option within Keyword Research.
- Describe your topic, audience, location, and search goal.
- Review the suggested keywords and research results.
- Save useful keywords to a new or existing keyword list.
For stronger results, include details such as the product or service, target country, language, customer type, and whether you want informational or commercial keywords.
🛠️ If you cannot find your list
- Confirm you are signed in to the correct Search Atlas workspace.
- Check the project where you originally saved the keywords.
- Refresh the page and reopen Keyword Research.
- Search for the list by name or review saved-list menus and list actions.
- Confirm that your user role has access to the project and export features.
