Overview

The Keyword Rank Tracker (KRT) assigns each tracked keyword a slot against your plan's quota. If you are experiencing unexpected quota behaviour — such as quota not dropping after deletions, or tracking being blocked sooner than expected — our team will need to investigate your account's backend state directly.

Common Quota Scenarios

Customers contacting support about KRT quota typically report one or more of the following:

  • Quota usage not decreasing after deleting keywords.
  • Uncertainty about when quota resets relative to their billing cycle.
  • New keywords being blocked from tracking despite believing slots are available.

Because quota counters and keyword tracking states are managed at the backend level, the exact cause of any discrepancy can only be confirmed by the support team reviewing your account.

What to Have Ready When Escalating

To help the team resolve your quota issue as quickly as possible, please have the following information ready:

  • Your project name(s) where the quota issue is occurring.
  • The approximate number of keywords you deleted or added, and when.
  • A screenshot or description of the quota figure currently shown in your account.
  • Any error messages displayed when attempting to add or track new keywords.
