This article explains what to do if your OTTO Sites quota does not appear to have updated following a successful payment.
⚠️ Why Your Quota May Not Have Updated
There are a few known reasons why an OTTO Sites quota might not reflect a paid top-up correctly. If your account was affected, your quota may need to be corrected manually by our team.
✅ How to Check Your Current OTTO Sites Quota
- Log in to your Search Atlas account and navigate to the OTTO Sites section of the platform.
- Review your current site count and compare it against what you expect based on your base plan plus any top-ups purchased.
- If the count is lower than expected, your account quota has likely not been updated correctly.
🛠️ Steps to Resolve the Discrepancy
- Confirm your payment was processed. Check your billing records or payment confirmation for a receipt or invoice from Search Atlas. This confirms the top-up charge went through successfully.
- Wait a few minutes and refresh. In rare cases, quota updates take a short time to propagate. Refresh the page after a brief wait and recheck your site count.
- Clear your browser cache. A cached version of the page can display outdated quota information. Clear your cache, reload the platform, and check your site count again.
- Escalate to support if the issue persists. If your quota still does not reflect your paid top-up, contact our team. Have the following ready: your account email, the date of the top-up purchase, and your payment receipt or invoice number so the team can locate your transaction and apply the correction manually.
