When creating or upgrading an account, a plan selection screen may appear and hang on Please wait after choosing the Growth plan. This blocks access to project controls including pausing.

Refresh the page and try selecting a different plan first. If the hang persists, log out and log back in via the account menu in the top-right corner. Navigate to account settings to review your current plan status before retrying.
