📋 Refund Eligibility Window

Refunds for press release orders are only available within 72 hours of the original purchase, as stated in the Terms of Service. After this window, refunds to the original payment method cannot be processed, even if the distribution did not achieve the expected placements.

🔄 Credit Usage and Plan Quotas

If your press release order was part of a plan that includes a monthly or annual quota of credits, and that full quota has already been used, a refund is not available. The system considers the quota consumed once the order is placed, regardless of the publication outcome.

💳 Account Credit Alternative

When a refund is not possible due to policy limits, the billing team may offer an account credit instead. This credit can be applied toward future press release orders or other services within the platform. Customers may accept or decline this offer, but no further refund options are available if the credit is rejected.

📊 Check Publication Status and Refund Details

You can review the publication status of each press release, including per-channel delivery results and any refund amounts applied, in the Publication Status section. This helps confirm whether the order was fully or partially fulfilled.

💰 View Refund History in Billing

All processed refunds for press release orders appear in the Top-right corner (avatar) → Billing → Activity Log tab. If a refund was issued, it will be listed there with the amount, date, and associated order. If no refund appears, it means the request did not meet the eligibility criteria.

⚠️ What to Do If Distribution Fails

If a press release fails to publish, you can request a resend using your available credits. Note that a resend does not extend the 72-hour refund window from the original purchase date. If the resend also fails, the same refund policy applies based on the original transaction date and quota usage.
