Search Atlas support is built directly into the platform. Open the in-app Help Widget to reach the AI Assistant, a live agent, or the Help Center — without leaving the page you're on.

🛠️ Support Channels in Search Atlas

  • AI Assistant

    • Available 24/7
    • Trained on official Search Atlas documentation
    • Best for product usage, how-tos, and troubleshooting
    • To open: click the apps-grid icon (More Features) in the header, then under the Help section select an option such as What's New, Explore Training Calls, Report a Bug, or Pricing.
  • Live Chat with Support

    • Available Monday–Friday, 24 hours; limited weekend coverage
    • Best for account-specific, data-related, or urgent issues
    • Escalates to the right team if needed
    • To start: click the Help icon (?) in the bottom-right corner of any Search Atlas page, then select Talk to Support.
  • In-App Help Widget

    • The Help Widget is the chat/question-mark icon in the bottom-right corner of the Search Atlas platform.
    • It surfaces the AI Assistant, Live Chat, and Help Center in one place — so you can get help without leaving the page you're working on.
  • Search the Help Center

  • Explore the Training Academy

    • Located in the Help Center → Academy
    • Tutorials, walkthroughs, and onboarding content
  • Already have an open ticket?

    • Reference your ticket number in Live Chat (type human teammate in the chat widget in the bottom-right corner to reach our team) to check status and escalate priority.

⚠️ Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Trying to contact support via email or phone — use the in-app Help Widget instead
  • Ignoring the Help Widget, which provides faster resolution than external channels
  • Skipping context or key details when submitting a request

💡 Pro Tip: Include These Details for Faster Help

Whether you're using the AI Assistant or Live Chat, clear context speeds up resolution. Describe what you were trying to do, what went wrong, and include any error messages or screenshots. Here's what to include for the most common issue types:

  • Account issues: your workspace URL, the email on the account, and the exact action that failed.
  • OTTO / WordPress plugin issues: the plugin version, the full error message text (e.g., "API key could not be verified"), your workspace URL, and which credential field you are filling in (API Key vs. Site ID).
  • Integrations (GSC, GA, etc.): the integration name, the connected property/account, the step where the error occurred, and a screenshot of the error.

🎯 You now know every way to reach Search Atlas support and exactly what details to include for a faster resolution. For feature guides and step-by-step tutorials, visit the Help Center or explore the Training Academy.
