It's easy to accidentally click the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the Search Atlas platform. If you opened it by mistake and don't need assistance, you can close it in seconds — no action is required on our end.
🛠️ How to Close the Chat Widget
- Look for the chat bubble icon in the bottom-right corner of the platform.
- Click the X or minimise button inside the chat window.
- The window will close immediately. No conversation will be started unless you send a message.
Simply closing the window without typing anything will not create a support ticket or notify any member of our team.
📋 Good to Know
- A chat session is only initiated when you send a message. Opening the window alone does nothing.
- You can safely open and close the chat widget as many times as needed without any side effects.
- If you accidentally sent a message, don't worry — just let the agent know it was a mistake and they'll close the conversation for you.
