💬 You are already talking to people
Search Atlas support is available through the live chat widget inside the platform. You can also email support@searchatlas.com or use the Help Center at help.searchatlas.com. No phone support line is listed in the product.
A short note such as I need to speak to a human is enough to start the conversation. Adding a few details helps the next available teammate reply with a useful answer instead of asking you to start over.
🚀 Open the chat and send your message
- Open Search Atlas and stay on the page related to your question when you can. You can use the chat widget without signing in, but signing in attaches the conversation to your account.
- Open the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the platform.
- Type your message and send it. Do not close the widget while you wait for a reply.
- Keep the browser tab open so you can see the response as soon as it arrives.
If you need further assistance, open the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the platform and send your message. A member of our support team will reply in the chat.
📝 What to include so we can help faster
You do not need a long explanation. A clear message usually includes:
- What you were trying to do, such as running a report, connecting a site, or editing a page.
- What happened, including any error text you can copy.
- Where it happened, such as the project name, site URL, or screen name.
- When it started and whether it happens every time or only once.
Example: I cannot publish changes on example.com from the Content page. The button stays grey. This started today.
⏱️ What happens after you send a message
Send your message once in the live chat. A teammate replies in that same chat when one is available. Sending human, agent, or escalate again is not treated specially by Search Atlas and does not move you ahead of other customers.
- Stay in the chat after the first message so the reply is not missed.
- If you leave, reopen the same chat widget when you come back. Past messages may still be there for the same browser and account, but Search Atlas does not guarantee the conversation will be waiting.
- Answer follow-up questions in that same thread so context is not lost.
- Send a new message only if you have new information, such as a screenshot description or a corrected URL.
🛠️ Try these quick checks while you wait
Many requests are resolved before a long chat is needed. While you wait, you can:
- Refresh the page and try the action once more.
- Confirm you are in the correct project or website.
- Check that required fields are filled in and that a site or account connection is active.
- Search this knowledge base for the feature name and the exact error text.
If those checks do not fix it, send what you already tried in the chat. That saves time for both you and the teammate who picks up the conversation.
✅ Good to know
Live chat is the only support channel. Please do not look for a phone number or email address. The person who replies will do so in the chat widget.
If you need further assistance, open the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the platform and send your message. A member of our support team will reply in the chat.
