Overview
Sometimes you just need to talk to a real person — and that is completely fine. Whether you have a technical issue, a billing question, or you are simply unsure where to start, our support team is here to help. This article explains how to connect with a human teammate and how to prepare so we can resolve your issue as fast as possible.
How to Reach a Human Teammate
All support at Search Atlas is handled directly inside the platform through our live chat widget. Help is always just a few clicks away.
- Log in to your Search Atlas account.
- Look for the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the platform.
- Click the widget to open the chat window.
- Type human teammate to be connected with a member of our support team.
A real team member will join the conversation and work with you directly to understand and resolve your concern.
How to Describe Your Issue Clearly
To help our team assist you as quickly as possible, it helps to have a brief description of what you need before you start the chat. You do not need to have everything figured out — but even a few words go a long way. Consider sharing:
- What you were trying to do — for example, run a site audit, set up a campaign, or access a report.
- What happened instead — an error message, unexpected result, or something that looked wrong.
- Where in the platform it occurred — the tool name or page where you noticed the issue.
- Any steps you already tried — such as refreshing the page or retrying the action.
If you are not sure how to describe the problem, that is okay too. Simply open the chat and type human teammate — our team will ask the right questions to help you get started.
Not Sure What Your Problem Is?
Sometimes you may feel stuck or frustrated without being able to pinpoint exactly what is wrong. This is more common than you might think, and our team is experienced at helping customers identify and articulate issues from scratch. You do not need to have a fully formed question before reaching out.
Here are a few situations where it is perfectly fine to just start a chat:
- You are unsure how a feature works and the help docs have not answered your question.
- Something in the platform looks different than you expected and you are not sure if it is a bug.
- You are new to Search Atlas and feeling overwhelmed about where to begin.
- A task is not producing the results you anticipated and you are not sure why.
What to Have Ready When You Connect
To help our team resolve your issue as efficiently as possible, please have the following ready before or during your chat:
- Your project or workspace name — so the team can locate your account.
If you need further assistance, open the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the platform and type human teammate to be connected with a member of our team.
