🔍 Why WILDFIRE may be missing
WILDFIRE is not shown for every project automatically. The section may be hidden when a project is new, has never engaged with WILDFIRE, was removed from the feature, or is not eligible based on its current project or account status.
If WILDFIRE backlinks are missing for a project such as Koala Fencing, this usually means the WILDFIRE visibility requirement has not been met. It does not necessarily mean that the backlinks were deleted.
🧭 Check the project dashboard
- Open the Search Atlas platform.
- Select the relevant project from your project list.
- Review the project dashboard for the WILDFIRE section.
- If you cannot find it, open OTTO SEO from the left sidebar and select All Sites or Overview.
⚙️ Restore WILDFIRE visibility
Eligible projects may regain access after WILDFIRE is enabled or re-engaged for the project. Look for a WILDFIRE setup, engagement, or activation option in the project’s OTTO SEO details. Complete the available setup steps, then refresh the dashboard.
If no WILDFIRE option appears, the project may still be excluded by the visibility rules. Access cannot be restored by refreshing the page alone when the project is not eligible.
🔄 Refresh and verify access
- Use the platform’s refresh option or reload the dashboard.
- Confirm that you are viewing the correct project and website.
- Open the project’s OTTO SEO details and check whether WILDFIRE is now available.
- Review the WILDFIRE backlinks again after the dashboard finishes loading.
🛠️ When to contact support
Contact support if WILDFIRE should be available for the project but remains hidden after you confirm the project, complete any available activation steps, and refresh the dashboard. Include the project name, website, and a screenshot of the area where WILDFIRE is missing.
