⏱️ How long recovery takes
There is no exact minute-by-minute timer. In practice, wait at least a few hours, and up to a day, before you open another chat. Opening a new chat sooner can bring the restriction back even after it was cleared once.

- Do not open another chat right away.
- Wait a few hours, or a full day if the restriction just occurred.
- After that wait, use a single chat if you still need help. Avoid starting several chats in a short period.
Support can clear an active restriction, but the lasting fix is spacing out new chats.
