🔗 Embed Kit Signup Forms in Website Studio

Overview

Kit (formerly ConvertKit) lets you create email newsletter signup forms that you can embed anywhere on your website. This article explains how to get your Kit embed code and place it inside a Website Studio page.

Step 1: Get Your Embed Code from Kit

  1. Log in to your Kit account at app.kit.com.

  2. Locate the form you want to embed within your Kit dashboard.

  3. Find the embed or share option for that form and select the HTML embed type.

  4. Copy the full embed code snippet provided. It will look similar to this:

    <script src="https://f.convertkit.com/XXXXXX/XXXXXX.js">``</script>

    Some forms also include an inline <form> block — copy the entire snippet exactly as shown.

Step 2: Open Your Page in Website Studio

  1. In Search Atlas, open Website Studio from the left sidebar.
  2. Open an existing page you want to add the form to, or create a new one.
  3. Identify the section where you want the signup form to appear — for example, a footer section, a content block, or a call-to-action area.

Step 3: Add Your Kit Embed Code in Website Studio

Website Studio supports embedding custom HTML code directly into your pages. To add your Kit form, locate the option within the editor to insert a custom HTML or embed element into your chosen section, then paste the Kit embed snippet you copied in Step 1 into that element.

Because the exact UI path for inserting custom HTML in Website Studio may vary depending on your account setup or the current version of the editor, we recommend contacting our support team for guided assistance if you are unable to locate the correct element type or are unsure where to paste your code.

Step 4: Preview and Publish

  1. Preview your page after inserting the embed code. Your Kit signup form should appear with all fields and styling.
  2. If the form does not appear, double-check that you pasted the complete Kit embed snippet, including all script tags.
  3. Once the form displays correctly, publish the page to make the change live on your site.
