📋 Overview

Website Studio lets you prevent individual pages from appearing in search results by adding a noindex directive. This is useful for legal pages, thank-you pages, or any content you want to keep private. The setting lives in the Page Settings panel for each page.

🛠️ Steps to Noindex a Page

  1. Open Website Studio from the left sidebar.
  2. In the page list on the left, hover over the page you want to hide (for example, Privacy Policy) and click the gear icon that appears next to the page name.
  3. The Page Settings drawer opens on the right side.
  4. Click the SEO tab at the top of the drawer.
  5. Scroll down to the Robots Meta Tag dropdown.
  6. Select Noindex, Nofollow from the dropdown.
  7. Click Save at the bottom of the drawer.
  8. Publish your site to push the change live.

✅ Verify the Change

After publishing, open the page in a new browser tab, right-click, and choose View Page Source. Search for name="robots". You should see content="noindex, nofollow" in the meta tag.

🔁 Revert If Needed

To allow indexing again, repeat the steps above and choose Index, Follow (the default) in the Robots Meta Tag dropdown, then save and publish.
