Previously, the first ad account may not have been automatically selected when opening Campaign Hub for non-addon accounts. This has been resolved as of the 2026-07-23 release. If you are a non-addon user, you should now see the correct ad account pre-selected when you enter Campaign Hub without any additional steps required on your part.
What to Check
- Navigate to Campaign Hub within the platform.
- Confirm that your first ad account is automatically selected when the hub loads.
- If you are a non-addon user and ad account auto-selection is still not working as expected after this release, note your project name, your account type, the specific behavior you are seeing, and the date and time it occurred before reaching out.
