🔍 What Is Happening?
If your Wix site is showing unexpected changes to your logo, headings, or other text elements after installing the OTTO Pixel, this is a known issue that requires investigation by the Search Atlas support team. Because the root cause can vary by site configuration, there is no single self-serve fix available at this time.
⚠️ Do Not Remove the OTTO Pixel
Do not remove the OTTO Pixel from your Wix site in an attempt to fix this issue. Removing the Pixel will disconnect OTTO from your site, and pixel-served changes will stop showing (changes written directly into the site's CMS can remain).
🛠️ What to Prepare Before Contacting Support
To help the support team investigate and resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please have the following ready when you reach out:
- The exact URL of the Wix page or pages where the logo or text changes are occurring.
- Screenshots or screen recordings that clearly show the unexpected changes.
- The date and approximate time when you first noticed the issue.
- Confirmation of whether the OTTO Pixel is currently installed and active on your site.
- Any recent changes you made to your Wix site or OTTO settings before the issue began.
