## **🔍 What Is Happening?**

If your Wix site is showing unexpected changes to your logo, headings, or other text elements after installing the OTTO Pixel, this is a known issue that requires investigation by the Search Atlas support team. Because the root cause can vary by site configuration, there is no single self-serve fix available at this time.

## **⚠️ Do Not Remove the OTTO Pixel**

Do **not** remove the OTTO Pixel from your Wix site in an attempt to fix this issue. Removing the Pixel will disconnect OTTO from your site, and pixel-served changes will stop showing (changes written directly into the site's CMS can remain).

## **🛠️ What to Prepare Before Contacting Support**

To help the support team investigate and resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please have the following ready when you reach out:

- The **exact URL** of the Wix page or pages where the logo or text changes are occurring.
- **Screenshots or screen recordings** that clearly show the unexpected changes.
- The **date and approximate time** when you first noticed the issue.
- Confirmation of whether the OTTO Pixel is currently installed and active on your site.
- Any recent changes you made to your Wix site or OTTO settings before the issue began.
