🧊 What Is Deep Freeze Mode?

Deep Freeze is a paused state for a website project inside LSEO SEO Automation. When a site is frozen, OTTO stops actively optimising it, but the project remains in your account. You can still delete a Deep Freeze project at any time — no waiting period or unfreezing step is required.

🗑️ How to Delete a Deep Freeze Website Immediately

1. In the left sidebar, click OTTO SEO → All Sites (SEO Automation) to open the SEO Automation dashboard (/seo-automation-v3).
2. Locate the website project that shows the Deep Freeze status indicator.
3. Open the options menu for that project (look for the three-dot or kebab menu icon on the project card or row).
4. Select Delete from the dropdown options.
5. Confirm the deletion in the prompt that appears.

The project is removed immediately. You do not need to unfreeze the site first, and there is no mandatory waiting period before deletion completes.

⚠️ What to Know Before You Delete

• Deletion is permanent. All OTTO configurations, deployed optimisations, and automation history for that site will be erased and cannot be recovered.
• Active deployments are not automatically reversed. Any on-page changes OTTO already published to your site remain live. If you want to roll those back, do so before deleting the project.
• The website slot is released. Once deleted, the website no longer counts against your connected-site limit, and you can add a different site in its place.

Do I need to unfreeze the site before deleting it?
No. You can delete the project directly from Deep Freeze mode without going through any unfreezing process.

How long does deletion take?
Deletion is instant. As soon as you confirm the prompt, the project is removed from your dashboard.

Can I recover a deleted Deep Freeze project?
No. Deletion is irreversible. If you think you may want to use the project again in the future, consider leaving it in Deep Freeze rather than deleting it.

Will deleting the project affect my live website?
Deleting the project in Search Atlas does not automatically undo changes that OTTO already deployed. Review and reverse any live optimisations through your CMS or site editor if needed before you delete.
