Create many articles at once from a spreadsheet — assign a Brand Vault to each, then let Content Genius generate the whole batch.
To generate in bulk, open Write with AI in bulk , download and fill the template (or link a Google Sheet), upload it, and press + Create articles — Content Genius creates the whole batch for you.
Before you start: you need at least one Brand Vault, and your topics prepared in the bulk template (a spreadsheet or Google Sheet).
💡 What is bulk generation?
Bulk generation lets you produce a set of articles in one pass instead of creating them one at a time. You provide a list of topics, tell Content Genius which Brand Vault to use for each, and it generates them together — ideal for filling out a content plan or a batch of similar pages.

Navigation: Left sidebar → Content → Content Genius → Write with AI in Bulk
Open Content Genius and choose Write with AI in Bulk from the composer.
▶️ Generating a batch
- Download the template — In the dialog, click Download template . Fill in one row per article with your topics and details. (You can also prepare a Google Sheet in the same format.)
- Upload the file or link a Google Sheet — Drop your completed .XLS file (or click to browse), or paste a Google Sheet URL. If you use a Google Sheet, make sure it's visible to anyone with the link.
- Generate the batch — Click + Create articles . Content Genius generates the articles together.
- Review your articles — Completed articles appear in your Content Genius list and open in the editor like any single article, ready to refine with Atlas.
Each article still uses your quota. A batch generates several articles, so it draws from your content generation quota accordingly. Check your available quota before starting a large batch.
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
What format should my file be in?
Use the bulk template. Click Download template, fill in one row per article, and upload it as an .XLS file — or prepare a Google Sheet in the same format and paste its link (set the sheet's sharing to anyone with the link).
Can different articles in one batch use different Brand Vaults?
Yes. The template lets you set details per row, so a single batch can span multiple brands.
Can I edit the articles after the batch finishes?
Yes. Each finished article opens in the editor, where you can refine it with the Atlas agent just like a single article.
How is quota used for a batch?
Each article in the batch consumes content generation quota, so a batch of ten articles uses roughly ten times a single article. Your available quota depends on your plan.
