- Open the tool where the chat took place. Navigate to the same area of the platform you were using when the conversation occurred and look for any history or session list within that tool's interface.
- Check that you are logged into the correct account and workspace. If you belong to more than one workspace or have multiple accounts, confirm that the workspace currently shown matches the one you were using when the chat occurred. Chat history may not be visible if you are viewing a different workspace.
- Scroll through any available session list. Older sessions may not appear at the very top. Scroll down within whatever session list is available to see if earlier conversations are listed further down.
- If you still cannot find the session, contact support. The platform's support team can look into your account directly and advise whether the session was saved. Before reaching out, note the approximate date and time of the missing conversation and the area of the platform where it took place, as this will help the team locate it faster.
