🔍 What the error means
The Plan insufficient message means your current Search Atlas subscription does not include OTTO GSC Instant Indexing. The feature cannot be enabled until your account has an eligible plan or add-on.
✅ Check your plan
- Open the account menu from your avatar in the top-right corner.
- Select Billing, then open the Plans & Top-ups tab.
- Review your current subscription and available plans or top-ups.
- Upgrade or add the required service if GSC Instant Indexing is not included.
🔗 Connect Google Search Console
After confirming that your plan supports the feature, make sure the correct Google Search Console property is connected to the project. OTTO cannot activate GSC Instant Indexing without an active GSC connection and the required permissions.
- Go to Site Metrics → Site Explorer (Manage Sites → Connect GSC Account).
- Reconnect GSC if it is disconnected, then select the correct property.
- Return to OTTO and enable GSC Instant Indexing again.
🔄 If the error continues
Refresh the page after reconnecting GSC and try again. If the feature still shows Plan insufficient after your plan has been updated, sign out and back in to refresh account access and billing status.
