📋 Request a subscription cancellation
To cancel your Search Atlas subscription, open the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the platform. Type human teammate and ask the team to cancel your subscription.
Include the account or workspace you want to cancel and confirm that you want to end the subscription. This helps our team process the correct account.
✅ Confirm the cancellation
Wait for confirmation that the cancellation request has been completed. Do not assume the subscription is canceled until a team member confirms the status.
If your account still appears active after confirmation, mention this in the same conversation so the team can review the billing status and account access.
🔒 Close your support ticket
After your cancellation is confirmed and you have no further questions, reply that the issue is resolved and ask to close the ticket. Keeping the conversation open until resolution helps prevent duplicate requests.
