Overview
After a recent update to the OTTO dashboard, some controls — including the bulk selection feature — were repositioned within the interface. This article explains how to locate the bulk selection control in the updated UI.
Getting to the OTTO Dashboard
- Log in to your Search Atlas account.
- Navigate to the OTTO dashboard from the main menu.
- Select the website project you want to work on if prompted.
Locating Bulk Selection After the UI Update
After the UI update, the bulk selection control was repositioned within the OTTO dashboard. To locate it, open the relevant task section in OTTO and look along the top of the task list area for a selection control that allows you to select multiple tasks at once.
To use bulk selection:
- Go to the OTTO dashboard and open the task section you want to work in.
- Locate the task list that displays your pending or suggested items.
- Find the bulk selection control at the top of the task list — clicking it will select all visible tasks at once.
- Alternatively, select individual tasks one by one using the per-row selection controls.
- Once tasks are selected, the available bulk action controls will appear — click the relevant action to apply it to all selected items.
If you do not see the bulk selection option, make sure you are viewing a section of OTTO that supports bulk actions, and that you are not in a filtered view that has hidden selectable rows.
