When you use OTTO to generate on-page recommendations — including JSON-LD structured data, meta tags, headings, and other optimizations — each generated suggestion consumes one AI Suggestion credit. Your plan includes a monthly quota of these credits. Once your quota is reached, OTTO will pause generating new suggestions until credits are topped up or your quota resets at the next billing cycle.

AI Suggestion credits are separate from your general subscription billing. They are a usage-based resource consumed specifically by OTTO's suggestion engine, purchased and managed from Avatar (top-right) → Billing → Plans & Top-ups (Add-on).

📊 How to Check Your Current Credit Balance

1. Click OTTO SEO in the left sidebar to open the OTTO SEO section (OTTO SEO → All Sites (SEO Automation)).
2. Select All Sites (SEO Automation) to view your project list (OTTO SEO → All Sites (SEO Automation)).
3. Click the project card for the site you are working on.
4. Navigate to Left sidebar → OTTO SEO → Overview for that project.
5. Your current AI Suggestion credit balance and usage are displayed in the quota summary at the top of the Overview screen.

🛒 How to Top Up AI Suggestion Credits

Credits are purchased from your account billing area. Follow these steps:

1. Click your Avatar (top-right) and choose Billing.
2. Open Plans & Top-ups.
3. Locate the AI Suggestion Credits add-on.
4. Click the Top Up button.
5. Select the credit package that covers the number of pages you need to process — for example, if you need to generate JSON-LD structured data for 163 pages, choose a package equal to or greater than 163 credits.
6. Complete the purchase. Credits are added to your account instantly and OTTO can resume generating suggestions immediately.
