Some customers received a December 2025 promotion granting 5 OTTO sites for life, but the account dashboard may show only 4 OTTOs. This happens when a system migration or quota recalculation temporarily overrides the promotional allowance. The promotion itself remains valid; the display just needs a refresh from our specialized team.
✅ Verify Your Current OTTO Count
Before requesting a restore, confirm the number shown in your account:
- Open the left sidebar and click OTTO SEO (OTTO SEO Projects).
- Count the OTTO-enabled sites listed. If you see 4 instead of the promised 5, proceed to the next step.
🛠️ Request a Permanent Quota Restore
The fix requires a backend adjustment by our specialized team. You can trigger this review directly:
- Open the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the platform.
- Type human teammate to be connected with a member of our team.
- Mention: "December 2025 lifetime promotion for 5 OTTO sites — account shows only 4, please restore permanently."
The team will apply the correction and confirm once the fifth OTTO site appears in your OTTO SEO (OTTO SEO Projects) list.
🔍 Confirm the Fix
After the agent confirms the update, revisit OTTO SEO (OTTO SEO Projects) and verify that all 5 OTTO sites are visible. If the count is still incorrect, reply in the same chat thread so the team can re-check immediately.
💡 Why This Happens
Periodic billing-system cleanups (such as the removal of temporary unlimited-quota flags) can reset site quotas to the base plan value. Lifetime promotional quotas are stored separately and must be re-applied after such cleanups. Our engineering tickets track these events to prevent future drops.
