🗺️ Overview
If you registered for the Search Atlas Agentic Marketing Summit, your pre-event checklist includes two key tasks: joining the Summit's Circle community account and completing a press release as your Day 1 homework. This article walks you through both steps and covers the most common issues customers run into.
👤 How to Create Your Circle Account
Circle is the community platform used to host Summit resources, discussions, and event materials. Follow these steps to get access:
- Check your inbox for the Summit invitation email from Search Atlas. This email contains a magic link that automatically registers you and logs you in — no separate sign-up form is needed.
- Click the magic link in the email. You will be taken directly into the Summit's Circle community space.
- Complete your Circle profile by adding your name and a photo. This helps other Summit attendees and the Search Atlas team recognise you during live sessions.
- Explore the resource hub inside Circle. Your Day 1 homework instructions are pinned in the Summit Resource Hub section.
Did not receive the magic link email? Check your spam or promotions folder first. The email is sent from Search Atlas and the subject line references the Agentic Marketing Summit. If it is not there after a few minutes, use the live chat widget to request a resend.
📰 How to Complete the Day 1 Press Release Homework
Your first homework task is to generate a press release inside the Search Atlas platform. Here is how to do it:
- Log in to your Search Atlas account at your usual dashboard URL.
- Navigate to Authority (Press Releases) from the left-hand sidebar.
- Fill in the required fields: your company name, the announcement topic, target keywords, and any additional context you want the tool to use.
- Click Generate and wait for the press release to be created. Generation typically takes under two minutes.
- Review, edit, and save your press release. You can then share it or copy the output back into the Summit homework submission as instructed in Circle.
⚠️ Common Issues and Fixes
Some Summit customers experienced errors when trying to generate their press release. Here is what to do if something goes wrong:
- Press release is stuck generating or shows a loading spinner for more than three minutes: Refresh the page and try submitting again. A platform update has resolved a latency issue that was causing press releases and cloud stacks to get stuck. If the problem persists, clear your browser cache or try a different browser.
- You see an error message when submitting (such as an invalid ID or submission failure): This was caused by a known platform bug that has since been fixed. Refresh the page, re-enter your details, and submit again. The tool should now process your request correctly.
- Magic link email never arrived: Verify that the email address you used to register for the Summit matches the one on your Search Atlas account. If they differ, reach out via the chat widget so the team can resend to the correct address.
- Circle link takes you to a generic sign-up page instead of the Summit community: Do not create a new standalone Circle account. Go back to your email and click the original magic link. If the link has expired, contact support through the chat widget for a fresh one.
🔗 Connecting Your Circle and Search Atlas Accounts
Your Circle community access and your Search Atlas platform account are separate. You do not need to link them manually. Your Summit registration is tied to the email address you used when signing up for the event. Make sure you are logged in to Search Atlas with the same email so your trial or subscription features are active during the Summit period.
If your Search Atlas account belongs to a team, the account owner can confirm or update team member emails by going to the Account Menu (click your avatar in the top-right corner) and selecting Team Members.
