Overview

Whether you're onboarding a developer, bringing in a new team member, or just want a guided walkthrough of Search Atlas, scheduling a demo is quick and straightforward. This article explains how to request a demo and where to find self-serve training resources to get your whole team up to speed.

How to Schedule a Demo

Search Atlas offers personalized demos for individuals and teams, including technical stakeholders like developers. To book one:

  1. Go to searchatlas.com in your browser.
  2. Click the demo booking or request option on the homepage or pricing page.
  3. Fill in your name, email address, and company details in the booking form.
  4. Add the names and email addresses of anyone you'd like to include, such as a developer or agency colleague, in the appropriate fields.
  5. Pick a date and time that works for your team from the available calendar slots.
  6. Note any goals, use cases, or specific features you want covered so the session is tailored to your needs.
  7. Submit the form. You will receive a confirmation email with joining instructions for the session.

Tip: Add all team members' email addresses during the booking process so they each receive a calendar invite and joining details directly.

Inviting Team Members to Join a Demo

Demos are not limited to a single attendee. You can bring your entire team — including developers, content managers, or SEO leads. To make the most of a group demo:

  • Enter all relevant team members' email addresses in the booking form.
  • Brief your team beforehand on which features or questions are most relevant to their roles.
  • Encourage attendees to come prepared with specific questions about the features most important to their work.

Accessing Training Resources

Search Atlas provides self-serve resources so your team can learn at their own pace before or after a demo:

  • Knowledge Base: Search the Search Atlas Help Center for articles covering account setup, features, and workflows. Use the search bar to look up specific topics.
  • Developer resources: For API keys, integration details, or developer documentation, search the Knowledge Base for relevant articles or contact support for guidance specific to your plan.

Adding Your Developer or Team Members to Your Account

Once your demo is complete and you are ready to set up your team, you can add team members within your Search Atlas account. If you are unsure how to invite colleagues or need help granting the right level of access, reach out to support and have your account email, team members' email addresses, and the roles you need assigned ready so the team can assist you quickly.

If you need further assistance, open the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the platform and type human teammate to be connected with a member of our team.
