Publication Media is the publisher network available through Search Atlas. This article explains how to get started, what to prepare before you sign up, and what to do if you get stuck.

✅ Before You Begin
Having the following ready will make sign-up faster:
- An active Search Atlas account that you can log in to
- The business or agency name you want associated with the sign-up
- The website or websites you plan to use with the network
- Your preferred contact details for the account
- Any information about your goals, such as the kinds of publications or placements you are interested in
🧭 Step-by-Step: Signing Up
- Log in to your Search Atlas account.
- Open the main navigation menu and look for Publication Media or a related publisher network or digital PR section.
- Select the sign-up or get-started option on the Publication Media page.
- Complete the registration form with your business details and website information. Double-check every field before continuing.
- Review and accept any terms or guidelines shown during the process.
- Submit your registration and wait for the confirmation message on screen.
⏳ What Happens After You Sign Up
- You should see a confirmation that your sign-up was received.
- Some registrations may require a review before full access is granted.
- Once approved, you can use the Publication Media section of the platform to access the publisher network features included with your account.
🛠️ Troubleshooting Common Issues
- I can't find Publication Media in my menu: Refresh the page, log out and back in, and check that you are in the correct workspace or account. Access may depend on your plan.
- The sign-up form won't submit: Make sure all required fields are filled in and that your website URL is entered in the correct format. Try a different browser or clear your cache.
- I didn't get a confirmation: Check for an on-screen confirmation first. If you don't see one, avoid submitting multiple times and contact our team so they can verify the status.
- I'm not sure whether I'm signing up as a publisher or an advertiser: Tell our team which one you want, such as publishing on the network or getting content placed on it, and they will point you to the right path.
