When you create a test account using certain company email domains, you now need to verify your email address before account creation can continue. This extra step helps keep the signup process secure.
✨ What's New
If you sign up for a test account with an email address from one of the following domains, you will receive a Verify Email message before you can proceed:
- Search Atlas
- LinkGraph
- MightyScribes
- publication.media
Signups using other email domains are not affected by this change.
🛠️ How to Use It
- Start signing up for your test account with your email address and password.
- Open the Verify Email message sent to your inbox.
- Follow the verification link in the email to confirm your address.
- Return to the platform's login screen.
- Log in with the same email and password you used during signup.
- Select a plan and continue through the checkout flow using the test card.
📋 What to Expect
- You must verify your email before you can continue creating your account.
- After verification, you are not redirected automatically. Go back to the login screen yourself and sign in to continue.
- Use the same email and password you entered at signup. No new credentials are needed.
- The verification email may look similar to a team member invitation email. This is expected, and the link will still verify your address.
- Plan selection and checkout work as before, using the test card.
